Our Returns/Exchange Policy:
You may feel free to exchange any unworn/unlaundered items purchased from Go Team Merchandise.  An exchange shipping charge of $6.99 will apply to all exchanges. Please use grid below for exchange/return information.

You may return most items sold by Go Team Merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (excluding shipping charges). We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, or that of a drop-ship from the manufacturer.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

· Any item that is worn or laundered

· Any item not returned in its' original packaging with labels attached, etc.

· Any product missing the serial number or UPC tags.

· Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are missing tags or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

· Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged (not caused by manufacturer), or is missing parts will not be refunded.

 · Any order returned in whole or in part that included free shipping (and falls under the free shipping purchase minimum) will have a shipping charge equal to a normal applicable shipping fee deducted from the total refund.

 · Any Custom made embroidered item shipped directly from the manufacturer listed as a custom embroidered product all sales final.

 · To insure you receive your credit or exchange, please be sure to include a copy of your receipt  and completely fill out the information below.

 ·  We also recommend using one of the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail (InsuredSignature Required). We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost/stolen when returned. Please protect yourself.
